CTF Sign-Up Form: PARKING SUPERVISOR Volunteer NameEmail Address I will be available to arrive at the venue as early as 9 AM on Friday morning, July 28, and 7:30 AM on Saturday, July 29, and to help direct parking, as needed, until the first sessions begin. I will be available to check/aid with parking throughout the day, July 28 and 29, on an as-needed basis, especially when attendees are coming back from the 45 min break Friday, for game night Friday night, and from lunch break Saturday. As a Called to Freedom parking supervisor, I will take responsibility for keeping the parking organized and running smoothly, July 28 and 29: I understand that this includes, but is not limited to: Directing traffic to park in neat, orderly rows that will allow the maximum amount of cars to fit in the space we have, Staying aware of the parking boundaries and not allowing cars to drive or park beyond them, If a driver parks over the lot boundary, or in a manner that obstructs traffic, or that causes parking issues for other cars, locating the driver and politely asking them to re-park, If the driver cannot be located, letting the event coordinator know about the situation as soon as possible, Caring for the property where cars are parked, e.g. by picking up any litter attendees leave behind and ensuring nothing is damaged, If they are available, using cones to mark lot boundaries and/or parking rows. I will attend the in-person volunteer meetings Friday morning at 9:30 AM (July 28) and Saturday morning at 7:45 AM (July 29), if possible. If they conflict with traveling plans or I am otherwise unable to make it, I will let the event coordinator or a conference host know.I will attend the volunteer orientation via Zoom, Thursday, July 20th, 6:30-8 PM Central Time, or if I am unable to do so, will listen to the recording of the volunteer orientation before the beginning of CTF.I have read and acknowledge the Berean Holiness Statement of Faith.Optional Notes:Submit
