CTF Sign-Up Form: Lead Media Volunteer

I understand and am agreeing to do the following as the lead media volunteer at CTF:

• Attend the volunteer meetings Friday and Saturday morning
• Finalize any sound system/recording setup Friday morning
• Run a sound check and recording check on Friday morning
• Be present at all CTF sessions and in place with enough time to start the recording punctually (or, if unforeseen circumstances prevent this, let Natalie know as far in advance as possible and help to arrange for someone to take your place)
• Record all CTF sessions Friday and Saturday, as well as the shorter speaking segment during game night on Friday
• Provide a laptop for recording sessions to
• Monitor recording as needed to ensure quality (a headset will be provided, if helpful)
• Oversee mic setup for speakers, as needed (there will be a media assistant who you can delegate mic setup to)
• Oversee playing the designated music playlist through the sound system during predetermined times (there will be a media assistant who can be responsible for this task)
• Oversee projector setup and the volunteer(s) running it, as needed (there will be a media assistant who can be responsible for this task)
• Help troubleshoot the sound system, recording process, and projector as needed
• Upload all raw recordings from CTF to the Berean Holiness Google Drive (or upload/download them to another agreed upon location) by the end of Monday, August 7th

I understand that unforeseen tasks related to the sound system, recording process, and projector may arise during the Called to Freedom conference, and in such a case, will help as I am able.

I will attend the volunteer orientation via Zoom, or if I am unable to do so, will listen to the recording of the volunteer orientation before the beginning of CTF.

As a lead volunteer, CTF will waive my ticket fee, I will have access to all complimentary food/beverages at CTF, and I will receive $350 towards my travel expenses. Aside from this, I understand I am responsible for my travel/food/lodging expenses.
