CTF Sign-Up Form: GAME NIGHT Volunteer

I will be available to be a game night volunteer starting as early as 5 PM on Friday, July 29, available to help during game night, and available to stay and reset/clean-up the venue afterwards until as late as 11 PM.  I will stay at game night until being dismissed by the lead volunteer, which will be no later than 11 PM. If due to unforeseen circumstances I can not stay until clean-up is complete (or until being dismissed before/at 11 PM), I will led the event coordinator know with as much advance notice as possible, and help find a replacement, if needed.

As a game night volunteer, I agree to help facilitate game night as instructed by the hosts and event coordinator. I understand this may include but is not limited to preparing the venue for game night, assisting with running errands, setting out food/drinks, serving food/drinks, refreshing food/drink tables, passing out materials to attendees, helping leaders facilitate games, clean-up after the meal (or during, as needed), transitioning the venue from food to games, monitoring/supervising certain areas, cleaning up spills as needed, and resetting/cleaning of the venue in preparation of conference sessions the next day.

I will attend the in-person volunteer meetings Friday morning at 9:30 AM (July 28) and Saturday morning at 7:45 AM (July 29), if possible. If they conflict with traveling plans or I am otherwise unable to make it, I will let the event coordinator or a conference host know.

I will attend the volunteer orientation via Zoom, Thursday, July 20th, 6:30-8 PM Central Time, or if I am unable to do so, will listen to the recording of the volunteer orientation before the beginning of CTF.
