CTF Sign-Up Form: CLEANUP Volunteer Name *Email Address * I will be available starting at 11 AM Friday, July 28, and remain available (aside from meal breaks) until 5:30 PM Friday, July 28, to help with light cleaning of the event venue on an as-needed basis. I will be available starting at 8:30 AM Saturday, July 29, and remain available (aside from meal breaks) until 5 PM Saturday, July 28, to help with light cleaning of the event venue on an as-needed basis. As a Called to Freedom cleanup volunteer, I will take responsibility for helping to keep the event distraction-free during conference times, by being available to help cleanup on an as-needed basis: I understand that this process may include, but is not limited to: being aware of where cleaning supplies are kept, staying attentive to attendees or areas that may need cleanup assistance, promptly responding to drink spills, following the event coordinators procedure in handling drink spills (this will be discussed beforehand and may include replacing the tablecloth), responding to snack spills (or similar messes on the floor) and sweeping them up, checking on the trash throughout the day (including bathroom trash) and taking it out as needed, restocking bathrooms if needed, responding to miscellaneous mess-emergencies to minimalize their distraction from the event. I will attend the in-person volunteer meetings Friday morning at 9:30 AM (July 28) and Saturday morning at 7:45 AM (July 29), if possible. If they conflict with traveling plans or I am otherwise unable to make it, I will let the event coordinator or a conference host know.I will attend the volunteer orientation via Zoom, Thursday, July 20th, 6:30-8 PM Central Time, or if I am unable to do so, will listen to the recording of the volunteer orientation before the beginning of CTF.I have read and acknowledge the Berean Holiness Statement of Faith.Optional Notes:Submit
